On the arts team, we create moments that help people know who God is.  Through elements like music, drama, sound, video and lighting we create a picture of who God is and how he is at work in the world today.  Most of our volunteers serve one weekend an month at all the services that weekend.  If you’re creative, or you like hanging around creative people, this is the perfect team for you.

Does keeping things looking good and running well give you a sense of joy and accomplishment?  We are looking for people skilled in a variety of different areas to serve on our Facilities Team.  From painting to carpentry, we could use all types of skilled trades to help with repairs as they come up and to keep our campus clean! 

The Guest Services ministry is made up of volunteers who serve on the weekends helping create a caring and welcoming environment for all of our guests at The Crossing. Most volunteers serve one service, every other weekend. No prior experience necessary as we provide all the training you need. If you believe making a great first impressions has a HUGE impact on people then this is the perfect area for you!!

We invest a lot to make The Crossing a safe place for people to learn they matter to God.  And we also need other people to help mentor, lead and direct groups and we continue to make an impact in people's lives.  We have many opportunities available in the Grow Ministries for you to invest into the life of someone else.

If you love children and have a passion to serve, then KidZone is the ministry for you! We have hundreds of amazing volunteers serving in a variety of ways. Whether it’s KidZone Security, Check-In, Rocking Babies in the Nursery, Teaching & Playing with Preschoolers or Serving with the Elementary Kids, you will be blessed each time you serve and will make a huge difference in the life of a child. There is always a NEED for additional volunteers. Don’t hesitate -- jump in and see what God has in store for you!

The Operations area is the foundational support for the whole church. We provide care and support through administrative tasks throughout the week. Service includes accounting functions, filing and other office duties that are necessary to keep the church flowing in an efficient way to enable ministry staff to continue to reach the 250,000. We can’t make it happen without you!!

The Care and Recovery ministries at The Crossing offer numerous opportunities for serving and getting connected and we would love to have you as part of our team.

Our Care ministry is all about offering help, hope, and healing for those struggling with life’s difficulties. 

Our Recovery program is called Lifelines and is a safe place for those on the journey of recovery to meet and grow in Christ.

The KNOW ministries helps people learn more about The Crossing and take next steps.  We have many opportunties available to teach classes such as Baptism & Discovery.  As well as many administrative opportunities to assist in helping people belong.  If you have a heart for seeing people connect in the many different ministry areas at The Crossing, then this is the perfect ministry for you to be a part of!!

The Crossing Student Ministries has many opportunities for you to get involved from helping people feel welcome to running technical elements in our service.  If you have a heart for Youth this is the perfect area for you to get involved!
